- Business & Client Data: Names, emails, phone numbers, and addresses you input for your business profile and your clients.
- Invoice Details: Line items, descriptions, prices, tax information, and generated PDF documents.
- Authentication Data: We use anonymous authentication via Firebase. This generates a unique identifier (UID) to secure your data without requiring an email/password initially.
- Subscription Info: We use RevenueCat to manage "Invoice Pro" subscriptions. We track purchase status and expiration dates to provide premium features.
- Technical Data: Device model, OS version, app version, and unique device identifiers (IDFV) used for syncing and purchase recovery.
3 How We Use Your Data
Your information is used solely to:
- Create, manage, and sync your invoices across your devices.
- Manage your subscription status and provide access to "Invoice Pro" features.
- Improve app performance and fix technical issues.
- Secure your account and prevent unauthorized access to your data.
4 Data Storage & Third Parties
We use industry-standard cloud services to provide a seamless experience:
- Firebase (Google): Your data is stored in Firestore and Storage (for logos/PDFs) with robust encryption and security.
- RevenueCat: Used to process and sync subscription status across devices. No credit card details are stored by us; payments are handled exclusively by Apple.
We never sell your data to third parties.
5 Your Rights
You have full control over your data. You can access, edit, or delete your business profiles, clients, and invoices at any time within the app. Deleting the application or your account will permanently remove your stored data from our sync services.
