By downloading, accessing, or using Invoice Generator - Estimates, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
2 Description of Service
Invoice Generator - Estimates is a tool that allows users to create, manage, and export professional invoices and estimates. The service includes multiple document templates, color customization, client management, and business reports.
3 Subscriptions & Payments
The application offers a free version and a premium subscription ("Invoice Pro").
- Free Tier: Users are limited to creating a cumulative total of one (1) document (either an invoice or an estimate).
- Invoice Pro: Subscriptions (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly) provide unlimited document creation, premium templates, and advanced reporting features.
- Trial Period: Some plans may include a 3-day free trial. After the trial ends, you will be billed unless cancelled.
- Billing: Payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
4 User Content
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into the application (e.g., tax rates, business details, client info). Invoice Maker is not responsible for any financial or legal issues arising from incorrect data in generated invoices.
5 Intellectual Property
All app designs, templates, and code are the exclusive property of Invoice Generator - Estimates. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the app for your business needs.
6 Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or that your business data will not experience temporary syncing delays.
7 Limitation of Liability
Invoice Generator - Estimates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of profits or data.
