1Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Invoice Pro, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
2Description of Service
Invoice Pro is a tool that allows users to create, manage, and export professional invoices and estimates. The service includes multiple document templates, color customization, client and item management, business reports, reminders, a Home Screen widget, documents in multiple languages, and, for Pro members, AI Scan and AI Voice tools that create draft invoices from a document photo or a voice note.
3Accounts
You can use the app without creating an account; your data is linked to an anonymous identifier on your device. You may optionally sign in with Apple or Google to keep your data across devices and reinstalls. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you use the app anonymously and delete it, you may lose access to your data.
You can delete a signed-in account at any time from the account screen in Settings, which permanently deletes the data stored with it.
4Subscriptions & Payments
The application offers a free version and a premium upgrade ("Pro").
- Free Tier: Free users can create a limited number of documents (invoices and estimates combined). The current limit is shown in the app and may change over time.
- Pro: Weekly, monthly, and yearly subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase provide unlimited document creation, premium templates, advanced reporting, and AI Scan and AI Voice features. Available plans and prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- Free Trials & Offers: Some plans may include a free trial or a discounted introductory or limited-time offer. The length, price, and terms are shown before you confirm. When a free trial ends, you will be charged the plan price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Billing & Renewal: Payments are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Lifetime Plan: A one-time, non-renewing purchase that provides Pro for as long as the app and its services are offered.
- Managing & Refunds: You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
- Restoring Purchases: You can restore previous purchases from within the app using the same Apple ID.
5AI Features
- Drafts, not final documents: AI Scan and AI Voice produce suggestions that may be incomplete or inaccurate. You must review and correct every draft, including amounts, taxes, dates, and client details, before saving or sending it. Totals are always calculated by the app from the values you confirm.
- Monthly allowance: Pro includes a monthly allowance of AI scans and voice notes, shown in the app. Unused uses do not roll over, and allowances may change over time.
- Your content: Only scan or record content you have the right to use. Images and recordings are processed by Google's Gemini models as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Availability: AI features depend on third-party services and an internet connection and may be changed, limited, or unavailable at times.
6User Content & Acceptable Use
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into the application (e.g., tax rates, business details, client info) and for any documents you create or send. Invoice Pro is not responsible for any financial, tax, or legal issues arising from incorrect data in generated invoices or estimates.
You agree not to use the app to create fraudulent or misleading documents, to process information you are not authorized to use, or to interfere with, reverse engineer, or abuse the service, including attempts to bypass usage limits.
7Intellectual Property
All app designs, templates, and code are the exclusive property of Invoice Pro. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the app for your business needs. You keep ownership of the business data and documents you create.
8Third-Party Services
The app relies on third-party services including Apple, Google (Firebase and Gemini), Google Sign-In, and RevenueCat. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms. These Terms are between you and us, not Apple; Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app.
9Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app, including AI features, will be error-free or that your business data will not experience temporary syncing delays.
10Limitation of Liability
Invoice Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of profits or data, or reliance on AI-generated drafts.
11Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the app evolves. We will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
